Most document or graphics design software is well suited to produce static documents - that is documents that always have the same information and look identical every time you print them. For example, if you design a brochure or form and print 10,000 copies, you expect all 10,000 copies to look the identical. In this case, the document's content doesn't vary from one copy to the next. However, there are many times when you do want the contents of a document to vary from one printing to the next. For example, if you are printing labels, you want each label to have a unique number on it (so you can tell which item is which). In this case, you can't simply design a static label and print 10,000 copies since they will all be identical, which defeats the whole purpose. In these cases, you want to design a document that has a combination of static data that doesn't change from document to document (e.g., name of the event, organization logo), and variable data that does change from document to document. Upon purchase, you are automatically emailed a registration key and instructions on how to download and register your software. Visit our website to download the program you purchased. The link to download will be included with the emailed registration key. Once the program is downloaded and installed, you will then be asked for a registration key.
