Elk River Systems, Inc. (ERSI), based in Montana, is a software company that focuses on graphic design and printing solutions for the label, barcodes, and forms market. Our current software applications are: PrintersBench Plus, PrintersBench Pro, and PrintersBench Enterprise. RegNow Affiliates are welcome to join and help us sell these products. ERSI offers a minimum of 30% commission on software sales through the RegNow affiliate program. A higher commission of up to 45% is being offered to those affiliates that list our software, provide that software with high visibility on their website, and generate gross sales volumes equivalent to or greater than the gross monthly sales mentioned in the table and text below.

For example, if RegNow affiliate X.com (who has agreed to give ERSI's software high prominence on their website) sells $4000.01 worth of our product in a month, X.com would receive $1200 (30% commission) for their sales through RegNow. Then, because X.com met a sales goal of over $4000 for the month, X.com would, at the end of that month receive an additional $600 (15% rebate check from ERSI), making X.com's total revenue $1800, or 45% of the total sales revenue. ERSI would have revenue of $2200 from the product sold by X.com. This is an example of the revenue X.com could make with a busy website by giving ERSI's software high visibility.

Let's say we have another deal of the same kind with RegNow affiliate Y.com. They give ERSI's software prominence, and sell only $1000 of product in a month. Y.com receives $300 from sales through RegNow (30% commission). At the end of that same month ERSI sends Y.com $50 (5% rebate check from ERSI). So, ERSI would have $650 in revenue from Y.com's sales, and Y.com would receive a total of $350 (35%) for their sales efforts for that month. Each consequent month the opportunity is available to increase sales and increase commission percentage.
